San Diego's Erb Out 4 Months Sunday, October 19th , 2025 A blow for Travis Erb today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 4 months with a torn triceps. Erb suffered the injury throwing a pitch. Although officials from the San Diego Fleet are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Erb's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. During this season, Erb has 47 relief appearances and registered 10 saves. Batters are hitting him at a .219 rate and his season record is 5-5 with a 2.88 ERA.
