Fountain Hills Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Sunday, September 21st , 2025 Looking at the bigger picture, Wade McGonigle of the Fountain Hills 23ers said he's excited for what's to come in the years ahead for his squad. But in the present, he said, the club is quite disappointed with the realization today that they are now mathematically out of playoff contention for the 2025 season. Before this season, the 23ers last missed the playoffs in 2023. In the 15 years they have been a American Baseball Association franchise, they have missed the playoffs 13 times. |
