No Late-Season Magic Coming: Toronto Out of Playoffs Friday, September 19th , 2025 The Toronto Trash Pandas may still need a piece or two before becoming championship material in American Baseball Association. The team has fallen short of its playoff goals this year, being officially eliminated from the playoffs today. "I feel like we have a great group," Trash Pandas manager Walt DeRosier said. "We happened to come up short or our goal, though. We'll re-tool and be back stronger next season." This is the club's 5th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2020. In total, the Trash Pandas have missed the playoffs 14 times in their 15-year history. |
