Van Diest Brings Home NC Batter of Month Honor Monday, September 1st , 2025 It was a successful month for D.J. Van Diest of Toronto. He won the National Conference Best Batter Trophy for August. Van Diest batted .339, hit 10 home runs, drove in 24 runs, scored 19 times and compiled a .379 on-base percentage. This year, Van Diest has hit 29 home runs and posted a .303 batting average. |
