The season is finished for Jason Cox of the Syracuse Scorpions. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Scorpions starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Tampa Bay Captains. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal.
