San Francisco Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Wednesday, September 13th , 2023 The San Francisco Fire have spent much of the season on the outside looking in at the playoff race. They will be permanently on the outside now, after being officially eliminated from contention today. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2020. In total, the Fire have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 24-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Fire have made the playoffs 4 times. |
