Charleston Captures National Conference South Division Crown Tuesday, September 12th , 2023 The Charleston Shiners have silenced their critics, backed up those who believed in them and won the National Conference South Division. "You always think you've got a chance to win the division, but until you get it done you never really know how things are going to play out," said left fielder Nelson Ziersch. "I think we're all grateful to get the chance to vie for the World Series."
