Carolina Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Wednesday, September 6th , 2023 Roy Walk said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Carolina Reapers after they missed the American Baseball Association playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Carolina last appeared in the postseason in 2007. This is their 16th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 23 times in their 24-year history. |
