Sea Turtles Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, September 4th , 2023 The Daytona Beach Sea Turtles can give up their playoff chase and focus on simply winning some games, because today it became official that they have been mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. The Sea Turtles have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 19 years as a American Baseball Association franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2017. In the last 10 seasons, the Sea Turtles have only made the playoffs once. |
