Desperados Hurler Named AC's #1 Starter Friday, September 1st , 2023 The Pitcher of the Month has been picked and the American Conference trophy went to Austin hurler Sam Campos for his strong performance in August. During the month, Campos was impressive with a 1.52 ERA and 4 wins and no losses. In 41.1 innings he struck out 54 and gave up 29 hits and 14 walks.
