John Piscitelli, the Oakland Invaders 25-year-old left fielder, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for National Conference Player of the Week honors. He ripped 15 hits in 22 at-bats, compiling a .682 average with 2 home runs and 7 RBIs. For the season, Piscitelli has produced 138 hits in 440 at-bats for a .314 average with 13 home runs and gotten on base at a .373 clip. |
