Sligar Leads Invaders to Win
Led by Mike Sligar, the Oakland Invaders defeated the San Francisco Fire, 5-1. Sligar went 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Invaders. Idhma Kodandarami picked up the save for Oakland, his 9th of the year. The Invaders go to 32-35, putting them second in the National Conference South Division.
