Alfredo Tiscareno pitched a gem to lead Hollywood to victory over the Vancouver Caribou, 4-1. Hollywood reliever Jeremy Philbrick was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Felix Flores. The save was credited to Jason Hollenbeck, his 30th.

Hollywood took a 3-1 lead on John Beck's 3rd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Beck hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Vancouver pitcher Felix Flores visibly frustrated.

"I just kind of blacked out and executed my pitches," said Tiscareno.

Hollywood is now 76-81, Vancouver 77-80.
