Conditions were not ideal but Carolina and Tampa Bay were able to put their game in the books.

Carolina Reapers starter B.J. Rudolph pitched well against the Tampa Bay Captains at Reedy River Stadium, leading his team to a win, 8-4. Tampa Bay has now lost 6 consecutive games.
