Jalbert Leads Royals to Win
Royals first baseman Aaron Jalbert left his imprint on his team's 12-6 win over the Indianapolis Eagles. Jalbert went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for Cincinnati in the contest. Cincinnati is second in the National Conference North East Division with a record of 31-20.

Jalbert contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Cincinnati in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Jalbert took a forkball from Jesse Walker and stroked the home run to right. His 7th home run of the season allowed the Royals to leap in front, 3-2.

"This is a very good team," said Jalbert. "We have the chance to do something special."
