Jonathan Brey pitched a gem to lead Charleston to victory over the Detroit Giants, 5-1. The Sea Dogs lead the National Conference South Division by 8 games.

With two out in the bottom of the seventh, Nick Wisniewski had a game-changing hit. The Sea Dogs center fielder slammed a run-scoring single off Tony Wooten, making the score 3-1, Charleston.
