Gangsters Get Clutch Win, 7-6
The Chicago Gangsters defeated the Dallas Dragons, 7-6, in 10 innings. Willie Bazaldua led the way, going 3-for-4 for Chicago. The winner was Chicago reliever Nick Slover, now 1-0. The loser was Mike Braasch. The Gangsters are now 19-28, while the Dragons fall to 21-26.

The Gangsters got a clutch hit from center fielder Eduardo Acosta. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Gangsters.

"This game had its share of tense moments," Bazaldua said, postgame.
