Palacios Schools Austin in 3-0 Chicago Triumph

Chicago and Austin duked it out and the Gangsters came out victorious.
Sam Palacios, who is tied for 6th in the AC with a 1.10 WHIP, was in top form in a tight contest between Chicago and Austin. The Gangsters right-hander helped his team beat the Desperados, 3-0. The third-place Gangsters own a record of 13-31.
Palacios was in the zone, shutting down Austin hitters over 7.2 innings. Palacios, who threw 104 pitches, allowed no runs on 1 hit. He also tallied 7 punchouts.
"Sam was throwing free and easy," said Chicago manager Antonio Valdez.
