Dragons Send Chicago Home with 4-3 Loss
|
Dallas starter Jonathan Allen pitched well against the Chicago Gangsters at Tennant Healthcare Ballpark. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. With the win, Dallas raised its record to 21-16.
Cole Calkins, who is tied for 5th in the AC in triples with 2, helped out the Dallas cause in the bottom of the second inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the first baseman drove in one run.
"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Allen told the Dallas Today.
