Led by Corey Cawley, the Mexico City Aztecs downed the Chicago Gangsters, 10-4. Cawley was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Aztecs. The loss lowers the Chicago record to 8-23.

Chris Martinez had a big 2-run double for the Aztecs in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Mexico City leading 2-1 and the bases loaded, he got a changeup from Adrian Huffine, who finished 3rd in the AC in strikeouts with 261 in 2016, and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 6th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Aztecs ahead, 4-1.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Cawley.
