Reapers Send Hollywood Home with 12-7 Loss
The home crowd had a good time watching the Hollywood Stars and Carolina Reapers get after it.

The Carolina Reapers beat the Hollywood Stars, 12-7, at Reedy River Stadium. Kevin Spotts, in particular, was impressive. He was 4-4 with 4 singles and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The winning pitcher was Josh Monroe. His record now stands at 3-0. The right-hander went 5 innings, allowing 5 runs on 8 hits for the Reapers.

Regardless of the outcome, those who came to Reedy River Stadium for the National Conference contest enjoyed being there.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Spotts.

The win gives Carolina a record of 13-13.
