Danny Velasquez impressed in the 6-5 Mexico City win over Hollywood. Velasquez, who is tied for 6th in the NC in doubles with 8, went 3 for 5 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs. The Aztecs, now 15-8, have been playing some good baseball.

John Hunt came through for Mexico City when he hit a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike cutter to right field, staking his team to a 6-5 lead.

"It feels good to get this one," Hunt told the Mexico City Bulletin.
