The San Diego Fleet defeated the Dallas Dragons, 10-7, in National Conference action at San Diego Stadium. Paul Pittman pulled his weight. The 11-year veteran went 2-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 5. San Diego reliever Brad Antol picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Tony Armijo absorbed the loss. With the loss, Dallas is 10-7.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Pittman hit a fastball from Nick Kirshner for a 3-run home run. The Fleet, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"The crowd was raucous," said Pittman.
