6 Hits for Cyclones Sanabria Sunday, May 3rd , 2026 It was a good day for the Cyclones at Alpines Stadium as they clipped the Savannah Alpines, 7-5. It was tremendous day for Ricardo Sanabria, who was on a hitting barrage at the plate, finishing 6-for-7. "I don't know what to call that," the Mt. Vernon first baseman told reporters after his big performance. "I'm not 'dialed in' or 'in a zone,' I just try to keep it simple. Basically the pitcher throws the ball, I try to pick up the spin, then I hit it. Today I picked up the spin pretty well." Ricardo Sanabria singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jeff Eddins in the 9th, grounded out in the 10th and hit an RBI single in the 12th.
