Super Troopers Win Sub League 2 Central Division Crown Saturday, September 7th , 2024 Members of the Santa Barbara Super Troopers had to fight back tears as they celebrated an Sub League 2 Central Division championship tonight. "It means so much to a lot of the guys in this room, especially the veterans," said reliever Steve Burger. "There are guys on this team that know how to win and what it takes and others that are just figuring it out. It's exciting for all of us." The Super Troopers boast a record of 97-41, and the division title is the 1st in team history. Santa Barbara will be going for its 1st ABA Class A- championship. |
