Reich Gives Wichita Goose Eggs Wednesday, May 8th , 2024 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Wichita Panthers as starter Mike Reich shut them out, 14-0, at Shamrocks Park. The Sikeston pitcher struck out 9 and walked 1 while allowing 9 hits. "Reich was good but he wasn't flawless," Wichita manager Ross Meister said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Sikeston, but this is on us."
