LaCasse Sizzles with 25-Game Batting Streak Thursday, June 5th , 2025 Jarrod LaCasse collected 1 hit in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 25 games. His club, the Medford Desperados, beat the Greensboro Naturals, 5-4. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," LaCasse quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Jarrod LaCasse walked in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th and struck out in the 7th.
