The Santa Barbara starter stood out on the hill time and again last month and finished May with a sparkling 6-0 record. In 6 starts last month, he fanned 20, walked 9 in 43.1 innings and posted a 1.04 ERA. Pistorio held opposing teams to a .234 batting average when he was on the mound.
