Little Rock's Dean Bags SL1 Top Batter for May Sunday, June 1st , 2025 When Matt Dean stepped up to the plate in May he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Sub League 1 Batter of the Month award. The young Little Rock third baseman posted a .378 batting average with 10 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 27 runs. Dean also worked pitchers for 13 walks to post a .456 on-base percentage. This year, Dean has batted at a .359 pace with 65 hits, 15 home runs, 39 RBIs and scored 51 times. |
