Jammers Esquivel to Miss Year Tuesday, May 27th , 2025 The doctors have spoken and Carlos Esquivel of the Julian Jammers didn't like what he heard. The 17-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Esquivel sustained his season-ending injury during the Waco Warlocks game yesterday at Jammers Park. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Julian medical staff reported Esquivel had radial nerve compression and would be absent from the lineup for at least 8 months. |
