Burt Sensational, 5-for-5 Saturday, May 3rd , 2025 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Providence's 16-2 win over Julian, catcher Patrick Burt was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Jammers Park. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Burt said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Patrick Burt hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jim Unknown in the 6th and was hit by a pitch in the 8th.
