Taravella High School Wins Round 1 Friday, May 15th , 2026 The Taravella High School Trojans are off to the Round 2. By a final score of 6-3 at Taravella High School Baseball Stadium, Taravella High School ended the Round 1 and knocked out the Palo Alto High School Vikings by a series score of 4-2. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Cory Magliaro, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the ABA High School playoffs." For the series, Magliaro hit .607 with a .645 on-base percentage. He had 7 home runs, drove in 19 RBI and scored 11 runs. The Taravella High School Trojans will play against the Orange Lutheran High School Lancers in the next round. Orange Lutheran High School won their series against the Windermere High School Wolverines 4 games to 1. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
