Lancers Move on to Round 2 Wednesday, May 13th , 2026 After their 4-2 win today at Windermere Baseball Complex over the Windermere High School Wolverines, the Orange Lutheran High School Lancers will advance to the Round 2. Orange Lutheran High School won the series by a 4-1 margin. Leading the way for the Lancers was first baseman Steve Embly, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Orange Lutheran High School Lancers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Palo Alto High School Vikings - Taravella High School Trojans series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece. The Round 2 schedule will be announced after the Round 1 finishes. |
