Injury Sidelines Bill Cooper For Year Friday, May 1st , 2026 The season is ending on a bad note for Bill Cooper, reliever for the Lake Brantley High School Patriots. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Cooper was hurt against the Taravella High School Trojans while throwing a pitch. He suffered a ruptured finger tendon and will be out for at least 4 months. To date this year, Cooper has won 0 and lost 3 with a 4.95 ERA, no saves and 26 strikeouts in 16 relief appearances. |
