Kilcoyne Has 20-Game Hitting Streak Saturday, April 6th , 2024 Brian Kilcoyne, shortstop for the Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 1 hit in his club's 7-1 victory over the Windermere High School Wolverines at Windermere Baseball Complex. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Brian Kilcoyne struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and grounded out in the 9th. Currently Kilcoyne is batting .354 with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs. |
