Partons Heading to League Championship Series Wednesday, September 13th , 2023 The dream of raising a championship banner in Dollywood took a big step forward today. The Dollywood Partons have won the Division Series, eliminating the Barrie Admirals to advance to the League Championship Series. Dollywood won the final game 4-3 and the series 4-1. Michel DeRise was named series MVP for a huge performance. He hit .353 with a .389 on-base percentage. He drove in 2 RBI, had 2 home runs and scored 4 runs. The Dollywood Partons don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Bangor Lumberjacks - Mexico City Aztecs series. Bangor leads the series 3 games to 2.
