Wallace Gets 5 Hits Saturday, May 31st , 2025 John Wallace did all he could with his bat, but it just wasn't enough for the St. Catharines Blue Jays to pull out a victory. The 22-year-old first baseman rapped out 5 hits in the game, but the Blue Jays could not overcome the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks. St. Catharines lost the game, 7-6, at Jet Hawks Ballpark. John Wallace singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th, hit a solo-shot off James Straughn in the 10th and doubled in the 12th.
