Newark-St. Catharines Fight Results in Suspensions Sunday, May 25th , 2025 Jon Wysocki of the Newark Flyers and Juan Martinez of the St. Catharines Blue Jays received notification from the league commissioner's office that they had been suspended for 5 and 6 games respectively for their part in the on-field ruckus in a recent game at Newark Fields. At the moment, Wysocki is hitting .296 with no home runs and 13 RBIs. He has played in 35 games and scored 15 times. On his stats sheet this season, Martinez shows a 2-4 record, 7 starts, 32.2 innings, 36 strikeouts and a 8.82 ERA. |
