Pacheco Sensational, 5-for-5 Sunday, April 30th , 2023 It was a hits blitz for Julio Pacheco at Cannonballers Ballpark. The San Antonio Stallions center fielder tore into the Cottage City Cannonballers for 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but it wasn't enough to win the game. The Cannonballers swept past the Stallions, 12-11, to ruin Pacheco's day. "We weren't locating our pitches well," San Antonio manager Logan Greening explained after the game. "Once you get behind in the count, you have to make really good pitches, rather than pretty good pitches, and we weren't able to do that today. Getting 5 hits from Julio was nice but it wasn't enough." Julio Pacheco hit a solo-shot off Chris Nagel in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
