Borrego Crushes 3 HR Against Washington

Fans are still buzzing after Alcoa whipped the Washington Wildthings by the score of 17-6 at Alcoa Grounds.
Alan Borrego smashed three home runs in the contest, a feat that would be a career highlight for most players and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance, the first baseman bashed out 3 hits in 4 at-bats, had 5 RBIs and scored 5 times.
At the postgame press conference, Borrego said it was an "unbelievable" feeling to hit three home runs in a game.
"Getting one homer is special, and two is great," Borrego said. "Three is just... wow."
Alan Borrego hit a two-run home run off Ray Clark in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 6th, walked in the 7th and walked in the 8th.
