Tigers Move on to World Series Wednesday, October 1st , 2025 ABA Double A pundits who figured the League Championship Series between the London Tigers and Hamilton Bulldogs would go the distance were right on the mark. The two teams battled back and forth in a spirited series, with London coming out on top thanks to a 5-4 win in the deciding game at Mariachis Ballpark, to wrap things up 4-3. "You get to the last game and anything can happen, so we're overjoyed to come out on top," said Tigers third baseman John Troia, who was named series MVP. For the series, Troia had 11 hits for a .379 average. He had 3 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 6 runs. The London Tigers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Corpus Christi Mermen - Winchester Mountaineers series. Corpus Christi leads the series 3 games to 2.
