E-AA Presents Batter of Month Trophy to Thompson Sunday, September 1st , 2024 For a rookie just breaking in, Joel Thompson certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the E-AA Batter of the Month award for August. The 25-year-old first baseman for the Boise Dread Kings hit .398 with 12 home runs, 27 RBIs and 27 runs scored. This season, Thompson has hit at a .345 clip with 63 RBIs, 21 home runs and 59 runs scored. |
