Postseason Bid Ends for Mesa Saturday, August 31st , 2024 The Mesa Razor Sharks season has ultimately ended in disappointment. After staying in the hunt until the final days of the season, Mesa has now been officially eliminated from playoff qualification. "We were so close," catcher Brian Sanders said wistfully. Mesa last appeared in the postseason in 2022. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 15 times in their 25-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Razor Sharks have made the playoffs 3 times. Mesa has won the World Series 2 times in their history. |
