Roan Garners W-AA Batter of the Month Award Friday, September 1st , 2023 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 21 Pete Roan has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Augusta Capitols star can enjoy the numbers he put up in August, which have garnered him the nod as the Western AA Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .333 average with 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and 20 runs scored. This season, Roan is hitting .298 with 148 hits, 31 home runs, 98 RBIs, scored 83 runs and played in 123 games. |
