Super Week for Rohnert Park's Banales! Monday, August 14th , 2023 Not every ball that came off Richard Banales's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Rohnert Park Cougars. For his exploits, Banales was named this week's Eastern AA Player of the Week award. The Rohnert Park third baseman put up 10 hits in 19 at-bats and 1 home run while hitting .526 with 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. In 43 games Banales is hitting .358 this season with 62 hits, 8 home runs, 29 RBIs, 15 walks, .419 OBP and has scored 32 runs. |
