Hamilton's Vega Snaps Up May Batting Award Thursday, June 1st , 2023 Andres Vega has a lot going for him. The Hamilton third baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the Western AA has just picked him as its top hitter for May. In 27 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .330 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and 17 runs scored. At present, Vega is batting .348 and has collected 16 home runs, 40 RBIs, .445 OBP and scored 34 runs. |
