Calloway Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Wednesday, April 24th , 2024 The New Rochelle Purple Wave fell to the Quebec Fighting Quakers in Toros Ballpark, even as 28-year-old second baseman Devin Calloway upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Calloway finished with 2 hits in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Purple Wave from dropping the 6-1 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Calloway.
