Rumrill Shuts Out Baxter Springs, 3-0 Monday, May 11th , 2026 Nashville Lasers starter Chris Rumrill really did a number on the Baxter Springs Marshals, shutting them out, 3-0, on 2 hits in a complete game victory. He issued no walks and had 11 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Baxter Springs manager Justin Watts. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Rumrill."
