Jenkins Is StC's Best Pitcher in August Sunday, September 1st , 2024 The Stripes Conference announced the winner of the Pitcher of the Month Award for August. It went to Morgan Jenkins of Spokane for his outstanding 4-0 record and 0.82 ERA. Jenkins also chalked up 6 starts, 43.2 innings and 46 strikeouts. This season, Jenkins has a 11-4 mark in 25 starts with a 3.35 ERA. He has given up 145 hits in 163.2 innings, struck out 158 and issued 62 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .240 batting average against him. |
