Jesters Heading to World Series Monday, October 2nd , 2023 It was a sweet sweep for the Joilet Jesters as they eased past the Lubbock Stampede to advance to the World Series. Joilet won the final game by a 6-2 count and the series 4-0. "We're just fortunate to get through it quickly and be able to rest up for the next series," said Tamiela Kalolo, who was named series MVP. For the series, Kalolo hit .474 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 1 RBI and scored 3 runs. The Joilet Jesters don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Spokane Selects - Orono Oaks series. Spokane leads the series 3 games to 2. The World Series schedule will be announced after the League Championship Series finishes.
